Silent and live auctions and paddle raises. Pick the guide that matches what you are doing.

Creates the auction, adds items, sets close times and when cards are charged.

Checks guests in and hands out paddles.

Bidder
Browses and bids from their phone.
Floor volunteer
Bids for guests and answers questions.
Door volunteer
Checks in latecomers and sells walk-up tickets.

Extends or closes sections.

Screens rotate through the silent items.

Live program8:30

Organizer
Starts the live program.
Spotter
Records every paddle, for live items and the paddle raise.
Bidder
Follows the live item and gives.
Floor volunteer
Looks guests up.

Screens show the live item, each sale and the paddle raise.

Close and pay9:15 to 10:00

Organizer
Closes the auction and chases unpaid bills.
Bidder
Pays early, or is charged at the set time.
Floor volunteer
Helps guests with their bills.

Pick-upUntil the room empties

Pick-up volunteer
Hands items over and takes payment for anything unpaid.
Bidder
Shows the ready email and collects.
Organizer
Settles up and reads the report.
