The money from sale to bank
Who does what, in the order it happens.
Money comes in
- Guest or donor
- Pays for a registration or makes a gift by card or bank.
- Stripe
- Takes the payment into your Stripe account and keeps its processing fee.
- Bless
- Shows the payment in Events or Generosity at once.
Money reaches the bank
- Stripe
- Sends the money, less fees, to your bank as a payout, usually in a few days.
- Bless
- Shows each payout in Payouts, with every payment and fee in it.
Month end
- Organizer or accountant
- Matches each payout to the deposit in the bank.
- Organizer or accountant
- Exports the payouts and the gifts for the books.
When needed

- Refunds a gift or an event order.
