An announcement from start to finish
Who does what, in the order it happens.
Write
- Organizer
- Writes the subject and the message, and chooses who gets it.
- Organizer
- Reads the preview and sends a test to their own email.
Send
- Organizer
- Presses Send. It cannot be changed after this.
- Bless
- Puts a copy in each contact's Messages inbox, and emails each contact who has an email and did not unsubscribe.
Read
- Member
- Reads it in the email, or in Messages in their account.
- Member
- Can stop announcement emails. The inbox copy still comes.
After
- Organizer
- Reads Sent: how many contacts it reached, how many emails went out and how many people unsubscribed.
