  • What syncsEvery Bless record, the Salesforce object it goes to, and each field.

  • When something goes wrongThe connection states, failed records, reconnecting and disconnecting.

The short version

  1. Your Salesforce org needs the Visios package. It adds the objects for events, registrations and check-ins.
  2. Your Salesforce admin creates a connected app for Bless, and an integration user.
  3. An owner or admin in Bless types the app’s consumer key and secret in Settings › Integrations and signs in to Salesforce.
  4. From then on, Bless sends each new or changed record to Salesforce a few seconds after it changes.
  5. Bless only sends. It never deletes or changes Bless data because of a change in Salesforce.
